Once upon a regulatory change, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) created the opportunity for choice and innovation for how you get your pre-licensing education.
Relo was built to be a choice for future real estate agents by providing engaging, expert-backed training from day one.
For years, that meant expert-backed courses and a commitment to getting learners to the exam ready. In December 2025, we rebuilt the platform entirely. The result is ReadyEngine™, Relo's readiness intelligence platform. It identifies what you already know, targets your gaps, and updates your ReadyRating™ every session so you always know where you stand — not just whether you are done with the material, but whether you are ready to take the exam and pass.

RECA-recognized pre-licensing education
Relo is a recognized licensing course provider for the mandatory curriculum set by RECA. Our courses give you everything you need to meet the education requirement for real estate licensing eligibility in Alberta.
Our current offerings include:
- Fundamentals of Real Estate: The mandatory prerequisite course, covering essential legal, ethical, and market frameworks.
- Practice of Residential Real Estate: The second required course for residential licensing. Applies foundational knowledge to real-world transactions, client relationships, and regulatory practice in Alberta.
By completing our RECA-recognized coursework on ReadyEngine™, you meet the full pre-licensing education requirement for an Alberta residential real estate license.

Yes, Relo is 100% legit. We're a RECA-recognized course provider, and you can read our latest Google reviews here. We're proud to be where a lot of Alberta's newest licensees got their start.
Currently, ReadyEngine™ is focused on helping real estate professionals get licensed in residential real estate. We do not offer condominium management or property management courses at this time. All students must first complete the Fundamentals of Real Estate before choosing a practice area.
Most RECA-recognized real estate courses measure how much you have completed. Relo measures whether you are ready to pass.
