Relo helps aspiring real estate professionals in Alberta complete the required pre-licensing education for the residential licensing path. Once upon a regulatory change, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) created the opportunity for choice and innovation for how you get your pre-licensing education.
Relo was built to be a choice for future real estate agents by providing engaging, expert-backed training from day one.
In December 2025, Relo introduced a rebuilt learning platform centred on exam readiness. ReadyEngine™ tracks performance across concepts aligned with the RECA exam blueprints and updates each learner's ReadyRating as they progress. Instead of relying only on course completion, learners can see which areas need more attention before they book an exam.

INDUSTRY RECOGNIZED
RECA-Recognized Pre-Licensing Courses for Alberta Learners
Relo is a RECA-recognized course provider for the residential real estate licensing path in Alberta. Our current course options cover the two education stages required for learners pursuing residential practice:
- Fundamentals of Real Estate: The mandatory prerequisite course covering core legal, ethical, market, and professional concepts.
- Practice of Residential Real Estate: The practice course that builds on Fundamentals and applies that knowledge to residential transactions, client relationships, property matters, and regulatory responsibilities.
Learners can take the courses individually or choose the Residential Real Estate course bundle. Completing the required education is one part of the Alberta licensing process. RECA also sets eligibility, examination, and licensing requirements, so learners should review the full Alberta licensing pathway before enrolling.

Relo is designed to help learners understand what they know, where they need more practice, and when they are prepared to move forward. The learning experience combines course content with practical tools and access to human support throughout the process.

Yes. Relo is a RECA-recognized pre-licensing education provider. You can read our latest reviews on Google. We're proud to be where a lot of Alberta's newest licensees got their start.
Currently, ReadyEngine™ is focused on helping real estate professionals get licensed in residential real estate. We do not offer condominium management or property management courses at this time. All students must first complete the Fundamentals of Real Estate before choosing a practice area.
Most RECA-recognized real estate courses measure how much you have completed. Relo measures whether you are ready to pass.

These courses satisfy the education requirements for their respective stages of the Alberta residential real estate licensing path. RECA sets the eligibility, exam, and licensing requirements separately.
Relo currently offers Fundamentals of Real Estate, Practice of Residential Real Estate, and a Residential Real Estate Bundle that includes both courses. New enrolments are focused on the residential licensing pathway.
Yes. Relo courses are delivered online and are self-paced. Learners can work through lessons and study activities around their own schedule while following the course requirements and RECA timelines that apply to their licensing process.
