WE KNOW TRAINING INC. Privacy Policy Date of Last Revision: April 28, 2026 Operated by We Know Training Inc. (“WKTI”)

This website and its associated exam readiness platform (collectively referred to herein as “the Site”) is operated by We Know Training Inc. (“WKTI”). WKTI respects the privacy of our users. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” means We Know Training Inc., and “you” and “your” means a user, customer, or prospective customer of the Site or WKTI. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes our privacy practices concerning information collected in connection with the Site. A separate Terms of Use policy describes our practices in connection with the Terms of Service. WKTI cares about its learners and appreciates that you care about how we handle your personal information. Our goal is to make your online and mobile learning experience the very best it can be — including keeping your information secure and collecting, using, and disclosing it only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. WKTI will abide by this Privacy Policy and deal with all personal information responsibly, professionally, and respectfully. In the unlikely event we fall short of these goals, WKTI will make every effort to address and resolve your concerns fairly and in a timely manner.

  1. Our Exam Readiness Platform We Know Training Inc. delivers its course and exam preparation content exclusively through an AI-powered exam readiness platform. Unlike traditional eLearning, our platform continuously analyzes your performance and adjusts your study path in real time. As a result, the Site collects and processes a broader range of learning-related data than a conventional online course, including: • Baseline assessment responses used to calibrate your starting knowledge level • Quiz and practice-exam answers, scores, response times, and attempt history • Concept Mastery ratings and ReadyRating scores generated by our exam readiness engine • Flashcard interaction data (views, recalls, and confidence ratings) • Study-session duration, frequency, and lesson-completion milestones • Personalized study-plan progress and daily goal completion • Exam-readiness analytics tied to applicable competency frameworks This data is used solely to power your personalized learning experience, to provide meaningful progress insights, and — where applicable — to fulfil our obligations to applicable course and certification bodies regarding course completion records.

  2. Children’s Privacy Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their province of residence. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. We recommend that persons over 13 but under 18 years of age ask their parent or guardian for permission before using the Site or submitting any personal information online.

  3. Using the Site while your browser accepts cookies implies your consent to their use. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may impair platform functionality. We also use analytics tools (including third-party tag software and clickstream analysis) to aggregate non-identifying usage data. This information is never used to collect or store personally identifiable information on its own. 3.4 Third-Party Plug-ins The Site may integrate third-party plug-ins (such as social media widgets). Even if you do not interact with these plug-ins, they may collect data such as your IP address and pages viewed. These plug-ins are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.

  4. How We Use Your Information We use your personal and learning data to: • Create and manage your learner account • Deliver and personalize your exam readiness experience, including generating study plans, quiz sequences, and ReadyRating scores • Track and report course completion to applicable regulatory and course bodies as required • Process payments and fulfil your purchases • Communicate with you about your account, course progress, and support inquiries • Send marketing communications where you have opted in (you may unsubscribe at any time) • Improve the Site, troubleshoot technical issues, and conduct internal analytics • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use • Protect the safety and security of our users and systems We collect, use, and disclose as little personal information as possible while still fulfilling the above purposes. We will seek your consent before using your information for any new purpose not described in this Policy.

  5. Disclosure of Your Information We do not sell or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: 5.1 Service Providers We engage trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, analytics, and exam readiness technology providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy. 5.2 Regulatory & Course Bodies We share course-completion records and learner data with applicable regulatory or certification bodies as required to validate your enrolment and course completion. 5.3 Legal Requirements We may disclose personal information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process; to investigate illegal activity, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms; or to establish or defend legal claims. 5.4 Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other business transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor will be bound by this Policy or a materially equivalent policy, with notice provided to you where required by law. 5.5 Aggregated & Anonymized Data We may publish aggregated, anonymized insights about platform usage (e.g., average ReadyRating improvement, pass-rate trends) that cannot identify any individual.

  6. AI-Powered Features & Automated Decision-Making Our exam readiness engine uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized study paths, assess concept mastery, and calculate your ReadyRating score. These automated processes are designed to improve your learning outcomes and do not produce legally binding decisions about your eligibility for licensure. Your ReadyRating score reflects the platform’s probabilistic assessment of your exam readiness based on your performance data and the applicable regulatory exam blueprint. It is an educational tool, not a guarantee of exam outcomes. If you have questions about how a specific automated recommendation was generated, please contact us at privacy@weknowtraining.ca.

  7. Data Accuracy WKTI will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information we use or disclose is accurate, complete, and up to date. We will update your personal information based on what you provide to us, and we will record corrections within 10 business days of receipt. If you believe your personal information is inaccurate, you may submit a written correction request to our Chief Privacy Officer (see Section 12 for contact details).

  8. Transmission & Security All information transmitted to us electronically is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. We maintain physical, administrative, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of your information, including access controls, encryption at rest for sensitive data, and regular security reviews. No security program is entirely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.

  9. Retention & Destruction We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including audit requirements imposed by applicable regulatory or course bodies), and to resolve disputes. Learning-performance data generated by the exam readiness engine is retained for the duration of your enrolment plus a reasonable period thereafter to support regulatory reporting and any appeals. When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

  10. Your Privacy Rights & Choices You have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you • Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information • Withdraw consent to certain uses of your information (subject to legal or contractual limitations) • Request deletion of your personal information where retention is no longer required by law or contract • Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email Please note that withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may limit our ability to provide you with full access to the platform or to report your completion status to applicable regulatory bodies. To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to our Chief Privacy Officer (see Section 12). We will respond within 30 calendar days.

  11. Changes to This Privacy Policy We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date, and we may notify registered learners by email where required by law. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
