As you work through the lessons, quizzes and practice questions, your Concept Mastery Grid builds a visual, colour-coded map of your understanding across all exam topics.

The course content has been updated to align with RECA's new 2025 exam blueprints. Specifically, it's cleaner, more direct, and better aligned with the new blueprints. The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) introduced new competency exam blueprints for both the Fundamentals of Real Estate and Practice of Residential Real Estate courses.

You will have to pay some fees directly to RECA (like your criminal record check and final exam fee), but those are regulatory requirements that everyone has to pay. Those aren't Relo costs.
