RECA's provider comparison page shows a 52% success rate for Relo's Fundamentals of Real Estate course and 60% for Practice of Residential Real Estate. Both numbers are ours, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
That data covers our full 2025 performance, but before we rebuilt the platform from scratch. The old version of Relo worked the way most exam prep courses work: linear content, same path for every learner, a completion bar as the measure of progress. You finished the course and hoped for the best on exam day.
RECA's public data does not update in real time. The numbers you see there predate the platform that exists today. In the meantime, we would rather you hear the full picture from us directly than piece it together on your own.
WHAT CHANGED
We stopped measuring completion. We started measuring readiness.
In December 2025 we launched our Readiness Intelligence platform. The old model asked how far you had progressed through the course. The new one asks whether you are ready to pass—and shows you the path to get there.
That shift is not cosmetic. It changes what you see every time you log in, how your study time is allocated, and when you should book your exam.
Your study plan is built around your gaps, mapped to the RECA exam blueprint—not a generic path everyone follows.
Your readiness updates as you learn. Your ReadyRating is a score from 1 to 5 that reflects whether you are actually prepared, not whether you clicked through lessons.
You cannot rush it. Concept mastery builds across multiple study sessions over time—which is exactly what the exam expects.
Since the new platform went live, 97% of learners who study with us are passing their exams. Those results come from a system that measures readiness, not completion.
RECA's public provider comparison numbers do not update in real time—they predate the platform learners use today. The screenshots below show where things stood on the official tables at the time they were captured.

When we launched our new Readiness Intelligence platform in December 2025, we changed what Relo is fundamentally built to do.
The question we designed around is not "how much have you studied?" It is "are you going to pass?" Those are different questions, and for most courses, only one of them ever gets answered.

Based on your assessment results, the platform builds a personalized daily study plan focused on your specific gaps. It recalibrates as you progress. As your exam date gets closer, it shifts from foundational learning toward exam simulation and final review.

Your ReadyRating tells you when to book.
As you work through lessons, quizzes, and practice exams, your ReadyRating updates in real time. Reach Level 3 and you are exam eligible. Reach Level 5 and the Pass Guarantee activates. The result is a path that is not just more focused but typically faster.
