Know when it's time to book (hello, ReadyRating!)
This is where the real fun begins. Your ReadyRating™ is a score from 1 to 5 that tells you, in real time, how ready you are against the RECA exam blueprint. Combined with Concept Mastery, you get a complete picture: the topics you’ve mastered, the gaps that remain, and when the data says it’s time to book your exam.
Because readiness is re-checked as you go, your ReadyRating can move down as well as up. That’s the point. It’s telling you the truth rather than a completion percentage.
Level 4 is where the data says you’re ready to book. We recommend getting there with all video lessons watched and two practice exams passed.
The Pass Guarantee
We’re confident enough in this system to stand behind it. Reach ReadyRating Level 5 before your first exam attempt, with all lessons complete, and if you don’t pass either of your official RECA attempts, your course fee comes back. With Relo, there are no hidden fees and no surprise add-ons.
You will have to pay some fees directly to RECA, like your criminal record check and final exam fee, but those are regulatory requirements that everyone has to pay. They aren’t Relo costs.

Enrolling takes two steps. First, register with RECA to get your Contact ID. Then come back and buy your course. Here’s the full process for getting a real estate license in Alberta.
Relo students who enrolled before December 1, 2025
Already studying with us and registered with RECA? This upgrade is completely free for you. You’re not starting over. Your knowledge carries over.
Seamless transition: You would have received a coupon code in your inbox with instructions to sign up on the new platform.
Initial assessment: Once verified, you can complete the initial assessment, where the platform works out where you left off and picks up from there.
Access until you pass: Study with confidence knowing you have access until you pass your exam.
Access to the previous platform: If you’re still working through the Practice of Commercial Real Estate course, that program remains available at courses.relo.ca. For Fundamentals and Practice of Residential Real Estate, the new platform is where your course lives.
Moving to the new platform gives you an 18-month window from the date you transfer, so there’s more time to complete your coursework and practice without pressure.
The exception is if RECA has already authorized you to write your exam. In that case your existing 3-month exam deadline stays the same.
